The following must be provided to DimeSoft Business Solutions prior to the start of the Connected Business implementation:
- Customer list must be provided by customer in the approved Excel template format.
- Supplier list must be provided by customer in the approved Excel template format.
- Item list must be provided by customer in the approved Excel template format.
- If default GL accounts are not used, the GL chart of accounts must be simple and not segmented and the customer must provide a valid sample balance sheet and income statement as a template for the new financial statements.
Other Notes:
- All data to be imported must be provided to DimeSoft in our approved Excel spreadsheets.
- If an import file is provided to DimeSoft in an unusable format or with invalid data, DimeSoft will return the file or the exceptions back to the client to be corrected. If the import must be redone more than once, additional charges may apply.
- All server and workstation hardware and operating systems must meet the minimum requirements provided by Connected Business.
- Custom Implementations (Platinum) are available at an hourly rate.
- DimeSoft is not responsible for providing hardware including server, workstations or network infrastructure.
- DimeSoft is not responsible for providing server operating systems or SQL server software.
- DimeSoft is not responsible for network configuration.
- DimeSoft does not provide hosting services for server(s) or website.
- DimeSoft will not perform a Connected Business implementation unless CB licensing or subscription is current.
* Any needed services that are not listed, exceed the maximums, or exceed the total package hours for your selected package will be billed for on an hourly basis. You will be contacted to approve any work in addition to your package before it is performed.
